You don't know the size or shape of the earth. I don't think you have verified the ancient Greek mathematics, nor have you verified the bogus mathematics of Copernicus. And anyone who studies science seriously knows that all science is theoretical, which means it mainly relies on consensus for its validity. Almost nothing is "proven", and theories change.

You believe what you believe because it's what you've been told for a long time. But, alas, you have no proof of your own, just ancient rumors and theories about life.

If you haven't done the math then you only know what you are told, regardless of what conclusions "they" have reached. If you did not reach them yourself, then you do not know. And people drawing the same conclusion is what I already referred to when I used the word "consensus". Consensus is not PROOF.

So what "we" aka "humans" know is different for everyone, depending on what they think they know.

this image has enough information to correctly discern the relationship of the earth to the sun and approximate the shape of the earth as far as can be seen. if you understand the mathematics of angles you can get a very good idea, if you don't understand angles you will be at the mercy of "scientists" and their long history of bull$hit.
