The big deal is that nearly three thousand people were brutally murdered in a horrific act of terror, perpetrated by fundamental Islamic jihadis. Countless other Americans had their lives forever changed due to injuries and/or unimaginable loss. The consequences of the attack have been far-reaching and changed the course of world history... to refer to 9-11 as simply ‘something’ is flippant and callous, and minimizes the gravity of what happened. It’s shameful.
To be frank, anybody who can be so insensitive and lacking in compassion, with no empathy for their fellow Americans who’ve suffered in such a way, is not fit for office.
