I prefer never going out to fast food restaurants, if I'm not in a hurry. There are a large number of Chinese buffets in my area :-)

Back in the 90s, I was LITERALLY going up for another plate at all-you-can-eat buffets an average of four times!! Obviously that amounts to five heaping plates per visit. lol

Now I can BARELY get through the second plate

Haha. You get the best deals at those types of establishments when you DO eat all you can.
Although, with all the salt and grease it can be hard to eat more than a couple plate's worth

Buffet joints don't allow leftover plates. The only thing they will allow is for you to fill a styrofoam container with whatever you can fit for so much money a pound

I can see how that would make sense. I don't take food home anyway; I just eat everything I want while I'm there
