Why not just raise the age of consent and adulthood to 21? It isn't the gun that's the problem, it's the mentally unstable who have access to them that is the problem. But these days, we put mentally unstable and mentally insane people on a pedestal and anyone who questions it, are labeled as bigots.

I agree with you on that, but also I don't believe it's the government's job to dictate to us what we can and cannot do with our rights as given to us by the constitution. Guns are not dangerous on their own or with a sane, mentally stable, law abiding citizen behind them.

Yes, they're trying to kill freedom with the thousand little cuts technique, coupled with the frog-in-a-pot strategy. When they use terms like "common sense", it's automatically the exact opposite of common sense, or whatever. Like how they talk about "responsible gun owners" as if the vast majority - 99.99999% are somehow NOT already being responsible. They MEAN 'castrated gun owners' are "responsible". Well, people have wised up & stopped the gun grabbers in the legislature and in the courts. Now there's Sheriffs, Police Chiefs, County Commissioners and others declaring "Gun Sanctuaries" where the 2nd Amendment is enforced!
How cool would it be if someone, like President Trump, were to declare the whole USA a "gun sanctuary" and that all 'laws' that contradict the strict meaning of the 2nd Amendment are NULL and VOID.
