How often does depressions happens in communism compared to depression from socialism? That is what matters.

Now how often does depression happens in a capitalist system than a socialist and communist system put together?

Other than Venezuela can you name a few Socialist countries?

Cuba, Laos, Vietnam and technically China (But they are de facto Capitalist at this point)

Oh don't get me wrong. I am on your side. The fact that these right wingers keep calling Social Democrats Socialists and the bringing up arguments againat it is grating. They keep making is look like we want to become a Vietnam when in fact our ideals couldn't be further apart. Quite annoying

I am fairly certain Sri Lanka, Bolivia, Ecquador and Greece, to name a few others, can be included on the list. Most Socialist countries like to tout they are multi-party, though the history of voter suppression over the last century presents a quite different story.

Hmm. Well, I don't know. Seems less like Socialism and more like typical dictatorial dogma. Also Greece? Why Greece. I mean sure, they have lived on German money for almost a decade, but isn't it a bit harsh to call them Socialist?

Greece is a Parliamentary type government, with multi-parties represented (supposedly anyway). As it has worked in recent times it is often seen to function much like the British parliamentary system. Like the British, however, there seems to be a lot of corruption that deliberately appears to work against the system and often favorably toward socialist ends.
