no,but I do not think that is the point.
that is how some pundits are taking it,and having a ball attacking it.
but these are the same muppets that get everything wrong,and then pretend that they meant to screw the pooch so poorly.
in my opinion,the GND is a non-binding proposal on purpose.
this is a tactic,and it is working brilliantly./points to this sites front page,and this is one site.this is being repeated on a majority of sites.
the GND is meant to push the conversation into actually talking about:new energy,new tech,new infrastructure and a new grid system.
and this is accomplished by going so far over the top,so egregious in scope as to be viewed as almost impossible.
that the proposal become red meat for the media.
and like good little pavlovs dogs,they gobble it up.
and it spreads...and spreads...and spreads...
until every American,every media consumer,hears about the GND.
and it doesn't matter if you disagree with the proposal or agree.
what matters is that you talk about it and in talking about it..you spread it further...
and now it is in the political discussion.
