I actually found the picture of the UK officer to be sympathetic. He seems to be caring while trying to talk to her. It's the quote and association the imagery evokes that is important not their nationality, which btw also has the same type of problems throughout their history. They are in business precisely because of our economic/political system. They've been allowed to get so large economically that they've taken control of our government.
