The paint is as thick as if you had spilled or splattered it.
Some critics said his work is “the same as if you spilled paint in the garage”, but you can see there’s a lot more going on :-)
My next question would be was it done on canvas or fabric? Although abstract art is really cool. I have a friend who has also done hand painted fabric, the picture is an example of her work. It can be quite a process too. As well as being able to get the same effect with every piece of fabric being a little different. :)

If that's him in the picture, you can see the end of the roll of canvas or fabric in the picture, and if it was a canvas it does look similar to the way my friend does it except she doesn't stand on the fabric. And thank you for the compliment of her work.

I really like art. I even have a couple of pieces done by my mother. But don't do a lot myself. But I will say that it is cool to see an artist do their work.
I'm sure the enormity of his pieces was to convey something he was trying to express.
