I guess the original meme was referring to an individual. But I was applying it to anyone it applied to. I don't know who this Alexandria Cortez is, I just think of a lot of people who wants to tell one what they need to be doing.

I don't like AOC, I think she is a little detached from reality. However, I would hardly accuse her of having "done nothing". She has a good education, with academic honors (again, this has little to do with her grasp on reality), and managed to cultivate enough of a following to get elected to Congress. Those are both noteworthy accomplishments.

She received 15,000 votes in the primary in a district of 750,000 voters. He opponent, Joe Crowley, didn't even campaign because he thought she was a joke.

Her district is D+30 and she won by 26 points against a Republican who didn't campaign. Anybody running on the Democrat lines wins in that district.
