The Tenth Amendment declares, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." In other words, states have all powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution.
I am quite interested to see what happens on appeal, since abortion is not legalized in the constitution. The constitution itself gives georgia the right to do what it is doing, unless you would like to get rid of the tenth?
You claim it's stupid and unconstitutional, but it could potentially be the case to overturn Roe vs. Wade if it makes it to the SCOTUS
