So, to assume that a black person has a natural talent for sports is racist and the symptoms look like 'assuming a black person does not have to work as hard to succeed at X sport and therefore is deserving of less praise and admiration because of the lower effort needed.'
So "assuming traits" does nothing to describe the meaning of racism, sexism, or feminism. This meme is sexist.
