One of the most famous mass shootings was in 1966 when Charles Whitman, a Marine sniper, killed 16 people at the University of Texas in Austin. Another is Anthony Sowell, a Marine, who was charged with 11 counts of murder, rape and kidnapping after being apprehended in 2009. It's a long long list of murderers, rapists, and thieves that have served in the different branches of our military, so how about you stop acting like signing up makes someone a paragon of virtue.

Unable to enlist in my youth due to almost losing a leg in an accident. So I guess my not being able to pass a physical makes less than those who can huh?

For the record, unlike many of our elected officials, we donate to veterans charities to thank them for their service.
