I can tell you for a fact that he was one of the most highly regarded American Presidents in recent history. But then you're too blindly partisan to handle even so small a truth.

Actually, you're wrong. I voted for him for his first term because I really thought he was the guy for the job. And during his first term he certainly was, at least in my circle. I was proud that we finally got somebody who wasn't a Bush or a Clinton in office. But that all changed over time and so did my opinion of him.

Look at it this way...if Hillary was a decent human being, could tell the truth, and wasn't just in it for the power I would vote for her in a second even though she's a democrat. That really doesn't matter to me, or didn't anyway. Now it seems that MOST...not all, but MOST...democratic lawmakers are too extreme, as are republicans. I consider myself a moderate, a little right of center but not extremely so. Obama and Hillary are too far to the left for my taste, and Trump is right on the edge of being too far right.

I'm wrong because I followed the news and saw how the world respected Obama, LISTENED to him, even, but are currently actively working out ways to completely bypass AmeriKKKa because of Trump?

I never said you were wrong, I said I disagree with you. That doesn't make you wrong, it just makes for stimulating debate so long as all parties are civil.

I took listened to him and respected him at one point. I really liked what he had to say. And like every other president, he had to fight with Congress to make things happen because Congress is, and always will be, supremely partisan. The days of farmers serving in public office are long gone and now getting elected I about how much money you can raise.

So yeah, I did at one time listen to him and approved of most of what he did. Then he changed and started lying to us and I stopped respecting him.
