I'm not generalizing as I know that everyone isn't this radical, but I have been accused of all of these things over and over again by people from the radical left. Even otherwise sensible people told me that I was a racist because I didn't like Obama, even though my distaste only went as far as his policies.

And apparently I've been a gun but for most of my life. I'm usually carrying a pistol at work because of the nature of my work. A customer came in to buy some material and went off on a rant about how fun nuts are killing our country and how ordinary people shouldn't be allowed to own guns. He has no idea that I was carrying, which is the point.

Agreed. It seems like the only people who haven't completely lost their mind are those of us who are squarelyvin the middle.

Yeah I'm a little right of dead center, but not so far that I can't listen to other points of view. I do enjoy getting the trolls fired up but in reality find that stimulating conversation helps everyone to think a little differently. I think that's the beginning of true understanding, and with understanding comes cooperation.
