I was not saying that. They carry RPGs and other crazy stuff. My point was to counter their argument that we should ban guns because the governments has nukes and it would be suicide to fight a tyrannical government takeover. I was pointing out that the US has nukes, and our enemies don't have the amount of firepower we do. Yet we are having a hard time dealing with them.
