My S.O. is very hearing-impaired because of too many years working with chainsaws and the like without hearing protection. Makes communication difficult at times, but we persevere...my hearing, on the other hand, is almost too good, due to using hearing protection all my working life when needed..so I'm the ears when we're out in the bush.
