You do realize that right simply means free from government interference. Fit instance I can say pretty much anything. I could say stupid, racist, sexist shit. That is my right and the government cannot di anything about it, however I would (and should) get looked at angrily, and even talked to angrily, if I were to do so. if I were to do so.
One right a woman has that a man doesn't, women can relinquish their parental obligations at birth (by putting the child up for adoption). No one will come after them for child support. Men are stuck with that forever and have no legal escape.

in that case there are none
but the right to walk down a street without getting harassed?
the right to be taken seriously?
in some states we dont even have to right to get an abortion!
