When an economy is buzzing it attracts immigration and creates winners and losers. It is the perfect example of capitalism a.k.a.the American dream. I assume that you are using "liberal" as a perjorative, I also assume that educated intelligent outward looking people are who you think of as "liberal".

Never mind Octavia. She is just another open borders Demon-rat. California did have the largest economy in the nation (thanks to it’s large size and population) but now that is starting to slip. I know scores of people from there who have escaped the state.

I scaped that place in a heartbeat, pollution+worse traffic ever(LA)+ 3rd world country roads+super hyper expensive rent+high cost of living in general and the fact that everyone needs a counselor or drugs to help them cope with all that did it for me. Im very happy away from that crap hole. Can't wait until it is flushed away from United States.
