I took the clip from a YouTube video of a documentary. Not a film and there were many to choose from covering different religions including the clip you showed for Muslims . No movies, just things theists do to worship.

Around the world but not just the two religions and none are widespread. The catholics nailing themselves to crosses is the Philippines.
