I see a chocolate one in your pic, and it reminded me of something. A while back I was talking to someone about candy from when we were kids. I mentioned B B Bats, and they laughed at me. I pronounced it B-B-Batts, like I’m stuttering... like “B-B-Bad to the bone”.
She said, No! It’s B. B. Bats, as in BB gun.
We grew up in different neighborhoods, but all my friends said it like I did, but her point was valid.
What did you call them?

It made tougher kids

We then threw them at his brother’s stuffed animals. I hit the overhead power cable leading to his house which made a shower of sparks. We also lobbed them at squirrels and rabbits, which we missed. Fun times :-)
