Originally they were trying to stop a historic monument from being torn down. In our society you can't have quotes from the Bible on display at city, state or federal buildings. You can't have sports teams with remotely offensive names, even though they've been established for years. White kids in school are taught how bad they're forefathers were because all the history books have been rewritten. And the list goes on and on. Hats off to the protesters for making a stand. The event was peaceful until the counter group showed up. I wonder what really happened.

Well, at least one of their members served peacefully in the US Senate. His name was Robert Byrd. I still can't find a word of condemnation for him from ANY Democrat. Perhaps we should remove his name from all the buildings and erase him from the Senate record completely. If you don't agree you are obviously a racist.

It was peaceful until someone had the nerve to stand there with signs disagreeing with the KKK. There's a video on Facebook of the torch bearers descending upon anti-kkk protesters who were outnumbered 50 to 1 at UAV. There are plenty of videos out there of the coward hitting the woman who did nothing to him, not to mention the guy in the Dodge ramming into the crowd. Are you seriously defending the violence from the KKK? Are you still wondering what happened? What more proof do you need?

The man who rammed the crowd was a Bernie supporter. Not that it matters, because I don't think what party you're affiliated with or who you support politically has anything to do with why you decided to kill people you disagree with.

The first thing mainstream news did when showing this murderer's face is say he was a registered republican, as if being a republican made him do it. I remember many instances during Obama's administration where he called out white cops as being racially motivated and calling out average Americans for being hate-filled when they condemned Islamic terrorists for shooting up gay night clubs or bombing buildings. Now we have the Obama loving media condemning alt-right p*ssies for violence and ignoring the alt left like Antifa and BLM whenever they burn down businesses and beat people with bike locks, giving them concussions.
