Honestly, it's about the stupidest thing I've seen in a while, lol.
It's some young chick on Dr. Phil that's a delinquent. Dr. Phil had trouble understanding her because she talked all stupid-ass street slang. Then when the audience laughed at her, she was trying to say, let's step outside and take care of this. But her dumbass came across like, "Cash me ouside, how bout dah?" As in, "Catch me outside, how about that?"
I don't have any excuse for using it other than it's popular :-)

Amazing indeed, I couldn't understand what the big deal was, I looked it up on youtube and they make a lot of sexual comments about her "of course" but then I found out she was 13 and was like fookin internet how bah dah :p

I would like to ask people, why, and how is this funny?

Socrates had posted a link on one of his memes that explained the origin of it. I can see people making fun of it in the same way "Ain't nobody got time for dat" was a hit.

Fortunately, I don't need any pain meds!!! But Marijuana eases my mental anguish from living in this world we live in...LOL
