Mainly illegal immigration laws. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals basically says to not prosecute a subset of illegal immigrants. He also ordered ICE to only deport illegals who committed other major crimes and ordered state law enforcement officials to release illegals that they had in custody.

No, I never said that. I think Trump is doing the same thing Obama did - doing what he thinks is right without the support of congress.
But at least Trump didn't say he was going to reverse the process like Obama did when he was running for president. Obama, in his usual hypocritical flip flop way, not only reneged his campaign promise, he took did the exact opposite.
