It's probably because we thought of a cool fruit that was easy to hold, and we were like "Hey apples are cool, so it must have been that!" For all we know it looked like a banana. Or maybe it started because of how apples are represented in mythology and culture. Able to give you knowledge and stuff.

Those who wrongly believe it's myth don't keep it alive. For the wiser rest who know it's the Truth, it's not myth and very much alive.

You know it's the truth in the same why that Muslims know Allah is the only God. The same way Buddhist know Buddha is the only God. The same way liberals think Obama is God...you WANT to believe it and no amount of evidence and reason will deter you from that belief. Just like them.

If he DIED for your sins then he's dead...not a God) What evidence do you have that ANY of this happened or is even possible OTHER then the Bible? NONE. I believe, based on evidence and reason, that the Great Pumpkin exists. I have heard and seen with my own two eyes Linus proclaim this, so it MUST be true.

We have eyewitness accounts of those things happening and they were supernatural. Have a nice day.

But was not forbidden until long after. And since Adam and Eve were the first generation, their DNA was perfect. It took a long time for mutations to happen and corrupt the DNA. Siblings marrying is to prevent defects and mutation, so that would not have been a problem then.

Their only relationship to each other was being children of God. So maybe we're all guilty of incest :)
