I Only Get Paid Monthly, But It Seems Worth While If You Ask Me, Also If You Want To Know What My Job Is Just Ask.

I had to wait four weeks to get my first check at my current job. The wait seemed longer than that though. :)

I know right time kind of slows down for it, but once you get it feels like everything is restored to it's proper order!

If that happened I would probably freak out!

I worked on that monthly payment thingy while I was on a big 6 month project, verry difficult, especially when you pay your workers bi-monthly.

I work as a groundskeeping maintenance worker on my campus college of CSUCI. I usually end up doing work like trimming plants, planting, picking up trash, etc.

Plus, it's a government job so that kind of a plus I guess! ;D

Nah, I been sacking with my replies due to some school related work and upcoming test next week! I'll get around to them soon I hope!

Seriously, that doesn't sound right. Unless you only work like one or two days a week, you should be making a lot more than that.

He's in college. That's about right.

That's actually how many days I work; on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and sometimes on Friday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. My job doesn't allow me to work on the weekends, which is odd.

Enjoy THAT while you can.

Yeah, it's pretty low and I know when I want to get a career in my field of study (Environment science) that rate will be much higher than it is now!

I respect that man, good for you. Too many young people think they need to make and have what their folks do right out of high school and don't understand their folks didn't start there either. Keep up that attitude and you'll do well for yourself.

You're too kind Zonder777, I mean I'm find with making $10.50 an hour for my job, and I think my parents are too, it's not enough to you know live on my own just yet, but it is a good start!
