It'd have to be awfully small. Around here, the hold cells are rarely occupied for more than a couple hours, then it's off to the county. If you're an overnighter, you get held in their holding cells. No cot, no blanket, and you can have any type of cellmate, from a farting drink to a schizophrenic violent criminal.

Also, the food isn't all that great. Who burns the cornflakes???
