I think it is actually the act of Imgflip itself. They track down targets at random on this website and spray them with Nurger Gas through their keyboard. This infuses their brain cells with dark and evil mixed spiritual signs. These signs flash through their pupils and causes them to do whatever the website tells them to do next. The website then tells them to take the Blade Of Goober Doober supplied in their Cheeto bag and cut themselves straight trough the chest. Their soul then hovers aimlessly around the room until an Imgflip official can bag it and channel it into the website. A special implanted virus then cuts the soul to pieces and creates many different accounts to trap it and exploit it's power. A paid troll can then use the soul to corrupt many different uses, most notably the popular ones by way of frustration and confusion. Imgflip is a weapon of unimaginable power.
