How?

"Subjects and verbs must AGREE with one another in NUMBER (singular or plural). Thus, if a subject is singular, its verb must also be singular; if a subject is plural, its verb must also be plural. In the present tense, nouns and verbs form plurals in opposite ways: nouns ADD an 's' to the singular form; verbs REMOVE the 's' from the singular form."

As such, this should read, "When my meme gets an upvote," or "When my memes get an upvote."

Oh ok, I thought you were someone saying that I had a grammatical error when I wrote "I agree". I know there is a grammar in the meme.

And to be clear, I'm not butt-hurt about this meme getting so many upvotes ;) I just think it's interesting that spelling and grammatical errors don't always "kill" a meme. The community decides what it likes, and I stand behind that! :)
