I usually keep in pretty good touch with him, I know he was having trouble balancing the new job and imgflip. It hasn't been all that long yet I'm just starting to worry a bit that he will go the Invicta route. Did you ever get the pleasure of chatting with Invicta? He took me aside when I first started and told me. You just have to upvote people that comment on your memes, upvote when commenting back and forth with somebody. Upvote a meme you are commenting on. Just be basically respectful and if somebody is a jerk to you ignore them. It may not seem like a big deal, but the history I have had with other websites and forums were nothing like imgflip and I could have easily made myself look bad by telling off some troll. There aren't many sites like this where trolls are rare and people treat each other with respect. I miss that guy and really hope John is back soon!
