You are right. Most people who actually have celiac disease know what to do and shut up about it. I know many people who claim they are "gluten sensitive" and they mention it every time you pull out a sandwich.

Did you look up Celiac disease? There are so many symptoms that are so common to many other disorders. Celiacs is an auto immune response that caused your body to attack the small intestine and damages interfer with nutrient absorption. Causes anemia, fatigue, brain fog, osteoporosis and other nutrient deficiency disorders, can cause you to be lactose intolerant and apparently a lot of digestive disorders and diarrhea. Sounds God awful.

Sounds like a nightmare to manage, if you ask me. Must really suck to ask everything if it's gluten free. :/
