Heya Timmy, It actually is a really good song and got Garth Brooks on the map. It is called shameless and I'm sure you can find it on youtube. It about doubled the number of people who listed to country music when it came out :)
This meme goes down as a classic in my book, as so does the comments. I've not enjoyed a comment section as fun as this since Socrates and I had meme wars on other people's memes. The Batman ones crack me up as well as the rest of them. Everyone who participated was killing it today, well done Reallyitsjohn and everyone else, this thread is a funny ass Mofo! :)
He always shows up last, or real late, at least with me. I think he must have strange working shift or hours! Every time I'm ready to call it a night, or take a break he always, and I mean always pops up! Lol
Years ago I listened to a popular rock station in Ky called WKQQ it's still in action by the way. However it was 98.1 my whole child/teen hood and on a normal sunny day I flipped in my station to hear some Pink Floyd and heard this song being played. I of course tried to turn the channel only to find it was actually playing on my favorite station. Cut to commercial.... ALL GARTH ALL THE TIME! I kid you not, he bought my radio station! It didn't stay All Garth long but 98.1 is still a country station. Sorry just had a memory moment.
He came to Lexington last year and performed one of my friends went, she said it was the best concert she'd ever been to. I always liked Garth as far as country went, he was one of my favorites. Him and George Strait.
Yes!!! Hey I'm looking for a long comment thread to comment on/ upvote for spurs. I've already hit All of his memes do you have any on your memes that you can think of? I'll upvote yours too of course :-)
Believe it or not I've been through his and your and Upvoted both of you guys personal comments. On your memes though I wasn't looking for his comments. Lol I guess I'm going to have to dig back in !
No heart, half the artists employ a speech coach for their accent and the songs are essentially the same. The day I heard a country singer try to rap was the day I was done with the current bunch.
