Alcohol sales can be refused to basically anyone. The Civil rights act does allow for refusal of services, just not on the basis of the customers: race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. That would mean the gays and trannys aren't protected by the civil rights act any more than a drunk at a bar or a felon at a gun shop. You have to read the law. Voting rights cannot be restricted due to race, color, sex, age above 18,or previous condition of servitude due to three separate Constitutional amendments, but they sure as hell can be restricted for failure to ID. Progs just don't read too good.
