there has to be a breaking point somewhere in the spacetime continuum for that kind of inception. for the f**k of it how about tying the phone booth to the delorean and having the tardis being towed behind. accelerate them to past the speed of light and watch the universe be born.

to create another universe you have to tap into the higgs field without destroying yourself. id like to think of the universe as a computer. all that embodies its laws stored in space that is my hard drive. when you use the simulation theory for the universes existence it can be easier to grasp the patterns around you as if it is some kind of program think of the observable universe we are in as windows OS (or linux if your a hipster) all the interactible shit you observe being a part of your OS. and all the quantom theoretical stuff being your motherboard BIOS (like the higgs field)
