If nationality is an issue to you, that perhaps you shouldn't be making an issue of other people's nationalities, let alone in a derogatory way.

If race is an issue to you, then you shouldn't be trying to separate your Pakistani brethren into a separate race simply by virtue of their religion. A religion is a religion, it is not a race.
