That's an actual genuine real US Treasury design. That's how they design coins here now, graphic arts. They're actually considering this.
Perhaps you should look up what United States coinage actually looks like, being that this evidently is rather unfamiliar. Over here, when one head of state passes, we don't replace them on the obverse of our coinage with their successor.
