He refused to answer any questions.
Even at the beginning, when the ground rules for the questioning were laid out, they asked him if he understood them, and he said the same thing that he said for every question.
I refuse to anwer on the grounds of:
- Dr. client confidentiality
- 5th amendment
- I'm not a lawyer, so I have to do as my lawyer advises (that's a lie right there...)
Of course, it wasn't that long ago that prominent democrats said nobody who is innocent ever takes the 5th. I'm sure that position is changed now.
