I find her appearance to be personally unappealing, but believing in freedom, including personal freedom, I say that's her business. The only other thing I would say is that she has to be aware that a lot of people (including the ever so "open minded" and "tolerant" left...) will not just find her appearance to be... let's say somewhat off-putting, but downright repulsive, so she can't be surprised if nobody wants to hire her anywhere except maybe a smoke shop or a sex toy store.
