Agreed, if matched with its facial features, colour, build and size. There are other animals that have similar tail rings & sizes & features e.g. Lemur, but usually slimmer. I'd say its likely to be in a zoo location considering the carefully crafted looking landscape and it being caught on film, with almost no natural habitats that Raccoons and Chimps would usually cross paths. Probably a North American zoo/ park if it's a raccoon.
