They don't seem to be confused by it at all. It's not very complicated

The little boy is confused by it and is hiding his face. Childhood innocence is sacred, Octavia, and he should not have been put in this confusing & awkward position. Let children be children. Adults can do what they want but children need to be protected from perverted influence & behavior.

Confused by what?

Maybe for once instead of trying to squeeze everything through an agenda-hued sieve, you should actually see it - and even try to treat it for what it is.
The boy isn't confused, he's repulsed, and hiding his eyes as he was taught not to look at things like that, period. Confused? About what?

Children are children, they aren't proxies for whatever the point you're totally missing yourself is. Or maybe OM is right and this is just a competition between y'all about who the heck knows what.

Bad things are bad because they're bad, not because you don't like who's doing them, mkay?

There are many things conservatives do frequently that I would say are perverted and harmful to children, but they're praised as "traditional family values"

Perhaps this isn't exactly one exempted from the Whataboutism Fallacy, nor should it (nor can it) ever be.

Sometimes puke is puke, even when the 'they' pukes too,
Sometimes puke is even worse than the puke even the 'they' puke,
Sometimes puke is even worse than puke, such as that in the OP subject, and should be approached for what it is, not what for what it isn't.

dang, I used the same temp twice (yours was 1st) was gonna use a similar one from the same person, but...
Anyways, they'll delete the other one in a few, so...

Example?

I know that you'll flag me for this, but I didn't make this template, you find it quite easily by searching "opinion" and it's just too funny not to use. Hats off to whoever created this.

An example would be telling kids that natural, harmless thoughts will send them to Hell

And no, I have no reason to flag that image

What is wrong with you? You see a pervert being sexually explicit in front of a child and you think such behavior is "appropriate"? You think it ok to be sexually explicit in front of a child? You think that kind of sexually explicit behavior is "perfectly OK " for a kid to see and you think anyone who doesn't want such perverted behavior in front of a child is some "bigoted homophobe"?

"You see a pervert being sexually explicit in front of a child and you think such behavior is "appropriate"? You think it ok to be sexually explicit in front of a child?"

I never said that

This is obviously the end of times because a) I agree that anyone telling anyone else that they're going to hell is out of line because that's not for us to decide and b) you're not going to flag me (thanks fot that)!

Have a great day!

Hell froze over?

Speaking of which, the Eagles just announced they're having their 28th annual final reunion final tour again!

I was gonna use that image a couple of years ago, but didn't since I get timers for using even basic everyday temps widely used on this site, so didn't.

I saw Eagles and thought of the Philly Eagles, even though I don't care about football
2 ups, 1y
Yeah, the Eagles, Kiss, Stones... they've been having final reunion tours tours for decades, the Eagles calling their first "Hell freezes over." You'd think these dingbats would have learned not to say no more tours since Bowie tried that bs in 1973. Sheesh, even the New York Dolls started recording as a band again when only 2 members were still alive.

This template notwithstanding, I totally agree with you.

It's the lure of easy money as Glenn Frey once said.

I saw KISS's first farewell tour in 2001. Ozzy did his "No more tours" tour in 1992. Motley Crue's back on the road after pledging not to play again.

The take away? Buyer beware. Go to a show because you want to, not because you're thinking that this might be the last chance to see that artist.

Talk about reunions, a dream I had this [now yesterday] morning lead me to searching for old classmates which lead me to FB page for our school which first was good as I soon found someone I had looked for in the past, but then later I saw some bad news about the passing of a Priest we all loved and that wretched my mood so I wasn't posting here for hours.

For me Crue would have been a good thing on account of Mick Mars, as Sixx pretty much gave him something to live for given the condition he found him in years ago, but then I looked it up and he's not touring this time due to his condition.

Are these tickets with these bands going for over $250 now? I remember everyone was kinda in shock when they were going fo $125 with Kiss and the Stones, and that sucks forking that knda cash for a not-so-final gig. They should sue them for false advertising.

The ever-more annoying Simmons said that bands who use backup vocal tracks while playing live should give a refund to ticket buyers - but then Stanley got busted with a technical mishap! Fhucking fakers. Gosh, if young Modda was told how e'd grow to loathe Simmons so much in later years, I would never have believed it. Ugh, so vile.

Brain May said Queen would never play again with Freddie gone, then they did that Paul Young thing. Sheesh, might as well have been Rod Stewart or Pat Boone.

Same deal with Pantera, which admittedly is a band I didn't get into as much as I should have, as I've yet to buy an album even though I should have way back as I actually did like them. That's an outright sin, like with Queen. It's like Sabbath playing without Iommi, or as Conan O'brien once said years ago about another 'reunion,' "I was expecting Guns n Roses, not Chubby McGee and the guys that aren't Slash"

I get all wretched about a someone I've not heard of for decades, and these guys can replace people they were far closer to for far longer like it was nothing. Bunch of asswipes.

PS - Pantera's "reunion" is a f**king travesty as well. Vinnie Paul said that they shouldn't do it before he passed and yet they did, and here they are.

I would also say that, unfortunately, your example is not exclusive to "conservatives", so there's a flaw there.
