The money that he "withheld" was released to the Ukrainians, and they didn't even KNOW the funds had been temporarily frozen until more than a month after the phone call had been made. How exactly is it extortion when the party supposedly being extorted didn't even know the money was ever on the line? The ukrainian government has also said, repeatedly, that the President did not pressure them in that phone call. So you believe them when they say Hunter wasn't under investigation but you suddenly think they're lying when they say the president wasn't doing anything untoward? Make up your mind.
