because "woke," so let's look at
the cascade of events that course
of action may very well kick off. First off, wrongful termination lawsuits: you
can't legally fire a federal employee for
operating in accordance with a former
administration's policies. A current; administration may rescind a former's
policies and issue new, but no firings
unless an employee doesn't comply with
their new marching orders sooo, yeah... expect a ton of suits filed against the
federal government that it most
likely won't win. Next up, lawsuits for violation of constitutional
rights: you can't legally fire a federal employee
for their political beliefs, alignment, who they
voted for or didn't. I know... you're probably thinking "Oh yeah?!
Good luck proving it!!" Just so you know, it
doesn't take all that many firings with a
common political thread running through; them to prevail in a class-action suit(s) sooo,
yeah... that's another batch of lawsuits the
government isn't likely to win. Moving on, pain and suffering claims: emotional/
psychological damage is a big ticket item in the
lawsuit world -I mean... just look at what happened
to Rudy Giuliani's dumb ass. Of course, there are limitations on what qualifies
as compensation-worthy but, generally speaking,
if a federal employer was acting negligently or; wrongfully, that's a legitimate claim. Yeah, that
"wrongfully" part? That's the clincher. Lastly (and this is where the poop totally hits
the propeller monetarily) is the right of plaintiffs/
defendants to sue for court, representation costs.
Think about how much coin Dear Leader has; tossed down the well on legal representation.
Now multiply that by... oh, let's say a minimum
of a two lawyer team per wrongfully terminated
federal employee. Soooo... all in all, that could easily
tally up to tens of billions in federal
funds paid out just to victims of
your boy's flagrantly illegal firing
plan. Not exactly a rosy picture, is it? Now consider his stated intent to
go after news agencies that didn't,
don't cater to his delicate fee-fees
and the kind of dollar amounts it
