HOW SHOULD WE EXPLAIN THE TRINITY? Some non-Christians believe it actually represents three Gods, which of course it does NOT. It's all the same essence of God, which is revealed in three ways: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The math is not 1 + 1 + 1 = 3
Instead, it is 1 x 1 x 1 = 1
