IS IT ONLY GOD OF THE BIBLE WHO CAN SUCCESSFULLY PREDICT THE FUTURE? Yes! "One of the most significant evidences for the divine origin of the Bible is prophecy.” But what do we hear in the Christian Church today? It's, “Please don’t make me learn Bible prophecy. That’s full of wacko conspiracy theories. Pastor, that’s the last thing you need to preach about." Completely contradicting that idea, God says this right at the beginning of the prophetic book of Revelation:; "Blessed are those who read and take to heart the words of this prophecy [Revelation.]” All God's Word is a blessing but He says He will triply bless us for studying Bible prophecy. And with study of prophecy, we're immediately blessed by the unveiling of Jesus Christ. Don't we want to know more about Jesus and be reminded every day that our story on earth ends with us winning? Don't we want to be reminded every day that He's coming back, this old earth with all its evils will soon be gone forever, and we get to be part of the Christ's Millennial Kingdom, as well as the New Heaven & Earth? Who would not want to hear about that!? [Part 1 of 3] | image tagged in prophecy, prediction, bible, god, jesus, future | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

[Part 2 of 3]
Here's another important point: Why are half the people in the Church today professing to be Christians yet they don't know if they can trust the Bible? Why are they not confident in God's Word? It's because they're not being taught Bible prophecy, which makes up 1/3 of the Bible. With all due respect to your pastor (and I am one), I want to ask them this: How can you sit there and say you're being a faithful shepherd if you deliberately and purposely keep 1/3 of the Bible from your congregation? How would those here at Sunrise Bible Church react if I said this:; "Hey guys, as your pastor you know I love you and only want the best for you; with that in mind and for your own good, I want to announce I’m tearing out 1/3 of my Bible that you and I don't need to hear; it's all just doom and gloom. And I want you to do the same to yours right now." If I said that, what should they do? They should immediately kick me out! And because that’s true, why is it acceptable for pastors (from the pulpit) to deliberately refuse to equip their people with 1/3 of the Scriptures? Pastors today won’t preach about how Bible prophecy demonstrates the authenticity of the Bible, which then proves it truly came from God because only He knows the future! Whether Old or New Testament, Bible prophecy is God loudly declaring, "Hey, I wrote this book! I did what man cannot do: over and over I predicted future events that you've seen come to pass!” | image tagged in bible, prophecy, prediction, future, god, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

[Part 3 of 3] Unlike God's prophetic ability, our study of "World Religions, Cults & the Occult," has shown that man cannot be successful in his prophecies. God made 2500 predictions, which He gave us through the Bible. Over 2000 having been fulfilled already. With prophecy, God is saying, "I wrote this book! You cannot say it came from man because logically I did what only the Supreme Being, (who is above and beyond time, seeing the beginning from the end), can do. I made thousands of predictions before the events later happened; many of which I gave in great detail."; God's prophecies give very specific details; unlike psychics that only throw out vague predictions like, “I see you meeting someone new.” Ya think? Give me a break! It's crazy how ambiguous they are, just leaving people to fill in the blanks. But God predictions are full of detail and then He nails the outcome every single time. So is it any wonder that those in the Christian Church who are not taught Bible prophecy start to doubt the Scriptures? Bible prophecy isn't just about what our future is going to be like; prophecy proves God wrote the Bible. I really think the neglect of feeding the flock from the whole Bible, especially Bible prophecy, is part and parcel of why much of the Church today is doubting the Bible. Again, over 2000 prophecies from Scripture have already been fulfilled. | image tagged in god, prophecy, prediction, jesus, bible, future | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DO PEOPLE ASK YOU FOR PROOF OF GOD? [1 of 3]
Well, here’s some: how about God's track record with His predictions (prophecies)? I want to give you a couple examples but just know that, so far, God has fulfilled over 2000 predictions He made that we can read about in the Bible. And God's predictions aren’t vague like those of psychics. Yet, even with very specific prophecies, God has been 100% correct and His remaining 500 predictions are all lining up right now in these last days. In Daniel 2, God predicted the rise of nations, telling us these four future empires in historical order: Babylon, Medo-Persian, Greece, and then Rome. God also predicted the fall of nations. In the Bible's book of Nahum, God predicted Nineveh would be permanently destroyed by fire, easily captured, their army officers would desert, and those officers would even be drunk in their final hours. As specific as God was, of course it happened just that way. Archaeologists have not only discovered Nineveh, but also uncovered a layer of ash in its ruins, showing it was destroyed by fire. Also, ancient Babylonian records reveal how Nineveh was easily overtaken and that their officers fled the scene. Another Greek historian records how the king gave much wine to his soldiers that night, causing them to be drunk. It was exactly as God said it would be and that prediction was not your average psychic-type generalized con like, "You're going to meet someone new.” | image tagged in prophecy, prediction, god, bible, christian, proof | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DO PEOPLE ASK YOU FOR PROOF OF GOD? [2 of 3] Here’s another very specific fulfilled prophecy from God: The book of Isaiah talks about how Babylon would be overthrown at the hands of Medes, with the gates opened by a guy named Cyrus and in the end, the area would be reduced to swampland. Guess what happened. History shows it was exactly that; the Medes joined up with the Persians to conquered Babylon, despite Babylon's incredible defenses, which included Babylon's outer wall being so huge (tall and wide), they would have chariot races on it. No one should have been able to get through to Babylon. Still, God being the ONLY one who knows the end from the beginning, in the future, the record shows that a guy named Cyrus diverted the flow of the Euphrates River, which had run under the walls of Babylon, marched into the city along the river bed, and archaeological excavations reveal that parts of Babylon today cannot be dug up because it's under water, making it swamp-like. | image tagged in prophecy, prediction, bible, proof, god, christian | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
