I think most can agree on this, and it needs a separate button to show deleted comments.

I think most can agree on this, and it needs a separate button to show deleted comments. | Feature idea: add so that Owners of streams can see flagged comments anytime, then if a moderator either deletes or ignores the comment, an owner can see what the comment was before it was deleted only for ‘other’.
