Is it even known if sitemods CAN IP ban? | gang is ts even possible; I see numerous of the same exact suggestions that never have an eye batted at them in this stream, namely suggesting IP banning certain users. And never does it happen. So, I'm wondering, are there any users that even HAVE been IP banned? There's someone spam-flagging in a stream I moderate, and we suspect a user who we've already post and comment banned.
