Jeffery has been terrorizing the site for so long. And never once had he been IP banned. I sincerely doubt that it's finally being done now, unfortunately.

I think that's just inability to verify his email, since comments are restricted if someone uses unverified emails.

So, I'm wondering, are there any users that even HAVE been IP banned? Because we all know that the worst users who get banned from the site end up with countless alts, if site-banned at all.
