gang is ts even possible; I see numerous of the same exact suggestions that never have an eye batted at them in this stream, namely suggesting IP banning certain users. And never does it happen. So, I'm wondering, are there any users that even HAVE been IP banned? Because we all know that the worst users who get banned from the site end up with countless alts, if site-banned at all.
