He lives in a game called "SONIC PC PORT", a cursed copy of "Sonic 1". Whenever someone plays the character "Tails", "Knuckles", or "Robotnik" he would come and savagely kill them.
There are rumors surrounding the anomaly saying that he plays with tormented souls of players who were sucked into the game.
