Middle School Stories #1 | Middle School Stories; I hate my 8th Grade English Teacher because she can't respect opinions due to it being "impolite". So, on 1st period on February 4th, 2021, we had to do the attendance. And you may wonder "Jonathan why are you complaining over the attendance?" Its because I hate how we can't say "here" for attendance, but instead, "good morning" or "hello". Now, here's my problem, I've always said here for attendance for pretty much every single school year since Kindergarten. What makes me hate it more is what my English Teacher thinks about it, as she thinks saying here is rude! So, once class starts and I "accidentally" say here (even though its because I'm too used to it) and my teacher started to complain that I didn't say here and that we already had a talk about it. I decided to give my opinion on how it's dumb in the most non-argumentive way possible. Even some other kid agrees with me that its nothing but just someone giving a harmless opinion. But the English teacher thought it was "very impolite" and made me do the beginning of the FIRST HALF of the lesson (thank god I'm an honors and knew what I was doing.); So yeah, that's why I hate my 8th Grade English Teacher.
