I have this same problem. My 8th grade English teacher replaced everyone's favorite teacher this year. So everyone gave her a hard time, but also note the fact that she will not take any rudeness and treats us like 3rd graders. We do daily journals and we read them out loud. Well on student decided to tell her in a very repectful manner that they were upset that their favorite teacher was replaced, and they told the story of their first day back to school. And simply stated that they would put up with this certain teacher for the rest of the year but didnt exactly appreciate the fact that their favorite teacher wasnt there anymore. This teacher got upset and said that it was rude. I have a feeling this teacher contacted this students parents because this teacher has done similar things before.

Everyone at my school absolutely hates this teacher an I try to be respectful but it is hard when we are treated as 3rd graders. It makes us very agurmentative.

The thing that realy grinds my gears is the fact that our favorite teacher sent out letters to tell us she was looking forward to the next school year with us.

We dont know which sorta bums us all out because she understood what the lowest of us felt like becuase she her self was a high school drop out so she uderstood how we all felt to not be understood.

If I had a teacher like that I would either:

1. file essays and petitions to the principal,

2. get homeschooled or go to a new class

3. lose my mind and destroy something

Middle School Stories; I hate my 8th Grade English Teacher because she can't respect opinions due to it being "impolite". So, on 1st period on February 4th, 2021, we had to do the attendance. And you may wonder "Jonathan why are you complaining over the attendance?" Its because I hate how we can't say "here" for attendance, but instead, "good morning" or "hello". Now, here's my problem, I've always said here for attendance for pretty much every single school year since Kindergarten. What makes me hate it more is what my English Teacher thinks about it, as she thinks saying here is rude! So, once class starts and I "accidentally" say here (even though its because I'm too used to it) and my teacher started to complain that I didn't say here and that we already had a talk about it. I decided to give my opinion on how it's dumb in the most non-argumentive way possible. Even some other kid agrees with me that its nothing but just someone giving a harmless opinion. But the English teacher thought it was "very impolite" and made me do the beginning of the FIRST HALF of the lesson (thank god I'm an honors and knew what I was doing.); So yeah, that's why I hate my 8th Grade English Teacher.
