Anxiety is a natural response to stress. People can get anxiety from things that they know are coming and stress themselves about it, or if you're like me and get anxiety over random stuff. (Yes I may stress myself out about posting a meme but whatever...)
Anxiety causes people to be fearful or nervous.
Like we covered in the depression help lesson, you should talk to someone about your anxiety to try and find someone to talk to about it.
